In December 2023 I ran a D3.js workshop for students at Kutaisi International University, as part of DataFest Tbilisi.

Everyone worked along on their own laptop in Observable notebooks — edit a cell, see the result, no project setup.

We started with plain SVG, then moved to binding data and finding its extent with d3.min and d3.max, then scales, then arcs and pie charts.
